Submitting tenders

MyTG section and will save you having to locate it once again.

On the projects specs select "Tender this". This will lead you to a screen where you'll be asked to name your tender.
For example you can name your tender "Kew garden quotation" for the project named "Kew garden landscaping"

Once the tender name is defined you will be redirected to the tender items screen where you'll be able to add items to your tender, much like an invoice format.

To add an item to you tender select the green "Add item" button. This will give you a form to fill in. The form comprised of the following fields:

1) Item number -- your reference for the item
2) Unit_measure -- the measurement you use for this item eg per squer meter
3) Quantity --
4) Unit price --
5) Description -- description of the item

This form is for a particular item in the tender and not the entire tender itself.
